Bilics tactical awareness??
Does he have any?

This season has been a pretty eratic season under our new manager, with some terrific results against the big teams but some terrible results against the lower teams.

Do we have to accept that this is just the way we will be under Bilic or is it just because of a freak season in the Premier League?

You all know my views on Bilic, far to inexperienced in my opinion to take control of our team in the position we are in, but so far we have got away with it. But I think it will catch up with us in the end. There are some worrying signs in Bilic not noticing certain tactical situations and players fatigue. He seems to set his team out pretty much the same every game which has seen us trying to be a counter attacking side in almost every game this season even at home games that we should be dominating. He's been given a good squad to work with this season and our football has been decent in patches but mostly poor, with our lack of movement off the ball the biggest worry.

The honeymoon period is coming to an end and I think how we finish the season will really give us an idea of Bilics credibility as a premier league manager.

Re: Bilics tactical awareness??
The obvious answer is to sack Bilic and have Noble as Player/Manager.

BFS seems to be quite good at running a team fighting for its life.

I don't think we'll lose to Sunderland, but it won't be a massive shock if we do. 10/1 against, something like that.

Did FordFart want the bloke sacked by Real Madrid as manager?
Or the one sacked by Real Sociedad?

I do admire his persistence. We will eventually lose at home and it will be his happiest day.

gph

It will be a shock, purely in terms of form and league position. But not just any old shock. It'll open the gates of hell as keyboards throughout Essex, London, the home counties and beyond get bashed to smithereens. WHO's server will go into meltdown. Bilic will become the worst manager WHU has ever had. Noble will ask for police protection. Fordy will be admitted to A&E. And someone will resurrect this thread. Then everyone will go down the pub and it will all be all right again.

Re: Bilics tactical awareness??
Sunderland 251 passes 53 long balls

West Ham 401 passes 59 long balls

So actually not only was the frequency of long balls higher by Sunderland we played about 150 more short balls

Rodfarts 11:03 Mon Feb 15
Re: Bilics tactical awareness??
150 more BACKPASSES

Rodfarts 11:05 Mon Feb 15
Re: Bilics tactical awareness??
So we played more LONG BALLS than Sunderland in 90 mins?

Thanks RONSON
